What is the world’s “top” brewery? Standing at 156 meters above ground level, LeVeL33 literally rises above all breweries as the world’s first microbrewery installed at the penthouse of a skyscraper. Located on the 33rd floor of Marina Bay Financial Centre, the restaurant houses 8,000 kg of state-of-the-art microbrewery equipment in a spacious restaurant featuring breathtaking panoramic views of the city and waterfront, as well as a large 1,600-square foot outdoor terrace.
The relaxing décor reflects clean, modern lines, as well as warm leather and woods that blend nicely with the copper-coloured brewery. The restaurant offers hearty, unpretentious European fare, like the chargrilled back & belly, which is carved from 200 days aged Stockyard sirloin, and the Ploughman’s board, which offers a shareable portion of mix-cured meats, pates, rillettes, and pickles.
As for beverages, LeVeL33’s four signature craft beers (33.1 Blond Lager, 33.15 India Pale Ale, 33.3 Stout, 33.4 House Porter and 33.9 Wheat Beer) anchor the menu, but there is also a refreshing selection of cocktails and boutique wines for non-beer lovers, making LeVeL33 an ideal destination to relax, unwind, and enjoy the spectacular Singapore skyline.
