ALATI, or salt in ancient Greek, takes great pride in serving the freshest seafood and selections
the Aegean Sea and Mediterranean have to offer. Fish are packed in ice and flown into Singapore
overnight the moment they are caught by the fishermen at the Port of Chalkida and Thessaloniki in
Greece. Just imagine – the grilled seabass on your plate was just swimming in the sea yesterday! With

Food brings people together, and ALATI has tailored its portions to encourage sharing and variety
on the table for a truly enriching dining experience. Everything on the menu, from the sauces to the
bread, are painstakingly made using traditional methods by hand or meticulously sourced ourselves.
Start clean and light with the classic Greek Salad, with roma tomatoes, cucumbers, spanish onions,
bell-peppers, kalamata olives, and feta. We also have freshly Cured Anchovies with olive oil and
fresh lemon, the Fyllo-Wrapped Feta, deep-fried and accompanied by honey and sesame for a
sweet-salty touch, lovely Mediterranean Mussels stewed in a homely broth of wine and ouzo, and a
nostalgic pot of Shrimp Saganaki, with whole tiger prawns baked in the oven in a chunky tomatofeta
