About the Restaurant

Located at Orchard Shopping Center, KUVO is an unpretentious multi-concept restaurant and bar boasting a sensational menu loaded with tapas galore, bespoke cocktail pairings, and an unplugged ‘LIVE’ music band we’re pretty much about obsessed with!

Though it does helm one of the most talked about bespoke bars in the city, KUVO asks you to pick your place before picking your poison. Consider the roomy Vine Lounge, a 32-seat wine pavilion with handsome furnishings befitting of a well-to-do parlour, and perhaps more impressively, 140 wine labels. For smashing cocktails with an upscale look, the Elixir Bar is the go-to. Featuring fine spirits that leave the well-heeled patrons in even finer spirits, it’s the grown-up alternative to hipster craft cocktail bars. For sustenance of the gourmet sort, make your way to Ambrosia, the restaurant accommodating breakfast cravings all day, as well as share-worthy selections of elevated bistro fare, and a romantic al fresco gazebo to boot. The look of all venues is spun into the theme of Japanese simplicity, with latticed Soji paneling unobtrusively separating the functions while allowing the graceful energy of the concept to flow through.

Like the decor, the main dining menu is meant to impress. The Chargrilled Wagyu Half Pounder showcases the burger in all its finery, with juicy beef topped with red wine caramelised onions and salty bacon. The KUVO Atlantic Cod Meuniere is crusted in sweet pea essence, and served with pearl barley and a citrus-tinted brown butter sauce. Not all the cuisine takes fancy form though, with Slipper Lobster Laksa Lemak and signature coffee-glazed Chicken Wings demonstrating the kitchen’s more playful side.

Not overly hungry or looking for something a little less substantial to go with their potent cocktails? The new Tapas Menu is just as great. Offering highlights like Kurobuta Yakiniku Donburi with pork loin, Brandy Flambéed Beef Cube glazed with red wine sauce, and more – it’s safe to assume Kuvo’s got a little something for everyone.
